What is the Arbor Hills Homeowner’s Association?

We are an HOA representing 170 single family private homes located in Algonquin, Illinois.

The AHHA does not have any restrictive covenants. We only require that all Homeowners abide by all ordinances set by the Village of Algonquin and insure that any updates done on their property follow of Village guidelines and receive proper permits.

Are you able to add a pool, fence or solar panels in Arbor Hills

Pools, fences and solar paenls are allowed by the Association. We only require that all Homeowners abide by all ordinances set by the Village of Algonquin and insure that any updates done on their property follow of Village guidelines and receive proper permits.

Who can be on the AHHA Board of Directors?

Absolutely anyone who owns a house within Arbor Hills can be a member of the Board. We are always looking for additional people and new input on the team. By staying volunteer we are able to keep the yearly dues low.
